Service Technician Trainee

Duration: full-time permanent position

Minimum requirement: Fluent in written and oral English skill. Have a valid Alberta driver license. No Criminal records.

Well known for exceptional quality and efficient service, our service department is currently seeking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who would like to enhance his/her skill in computer repair together with our team of pros.. This is an entry level position that will lead to a permanent full-time position as a certified computer technician. The potential applicant should possess good understanding of Microsoft windows XPs, Ms office, as well as internet, and with the ability to assemble computer systems with little assistance . Some experience in customer service is a plus. Quality training will be provided.

Job description:

- Assistant to senior technicians to complete general computer repair duties

- General Hardware and software installations and increasing exposure to troubleshooting with IBM pcs and compatibles

- General customer service duties - answer customers' inquiries verbally and in writing.

- Some traveling within the city may be required.

- 5 working days including Saturdays.

 In-house service/networking technician

Duration: full-time permanent position

Minimum requirement: Fluent in written and oral English skill. Have a valid Alberta driver license. Minimum 3 year work experience in computer repair and troubleshooting. No criiminal records.

We are a computer retail store that has 15 years of excellence computer service and sales track record. Well known for exceptional quality service and friendly environment, our service department is currently seeking for an enthusiastic individual who can manage computer repair and troubleshooting in an advance level. The potential applicant should possess excellent understanding of Microsoft windows XPs, Microsoft windows 2000, Ms office(s), networking, internet, and with the ability to assemble computer systems without assistance. Previous experience in customer service is an asset.

Job description:

- Daily repair/troubleshooting/PC assembly for all brands of PCs, hardware and software.

- Networking consultation, setup and troubleshooting.

- Technical customer support by phone or in person

- Some traveling within the city may be required.

- 5 working days excluding Saturdays & Sundays.
